The Renfrewshire Gift Card can be spent with over 80 businesses in Renfrewshire, including lingerie shop Finishing Touches in Paisley.
Owner Liz Stewart said: “Finishing Touches has been open in Paisley for 36 year now, with a well-established clientele. Over the years, you not only get to know your customers, but they become your friends too.
“We offer all sorts of styles, non-wired, wired and up to a HH cup size. Our ethos is to help our customers as much as possible, helping them to find a bra style that fits, that suits them and that they like. Many of our current customers I know from way back because Finishing Touches gets passed through the generations, granny to mum and daughter. Choosing lingerie should be a nice experience and we do everything we can to make our customers feel comfortable.
“As soon as we re-opened after the lockdown, we had people coming in who had purchased lingerie online and it didn’t fit, or they didn’t like it. In most cases they didn’t even send it back. It’s such a waste of money. We specialise in fitting but also in making sure customers leave happy with something they like, that fits correctly. I think it is this approach that has helped us to stay in business all these years.”
